Over $4400.00 was raised at the dinner in support of the CASCTP skeet
program, which brought the raffle total to almost $7000.00.
Again we would like to thank Dave Anderson who donated a free custom paint
job on the Remington 1100. Trigger Hill in Salinas for giving the program
the Remington 1100 at cost and John Herkowitz at Pacific Sporting Arms for
his on going support of the scholastic skeet program. The other gun in the
raffle was a Beretta Teknys from Pacific Sporting Arms.
We did run out of tickets which left some supporters out of the drawing.
Next year we will have more tickets available.
I believe that Billy has pictures of the winners with the guns. Cole Rommel
won the 1100 and our inductee Dave Anderson won the Beretta.
This year California will be represented by; Cole Rommel, Richard Riddle,
A.J. Hundal, Brian Foley, Jarrod Sammut, Talia Borg, Jonathan Merrill and
Richard Romero.
We had a total of eighteen shooters participate in this years California
SCTP State skeet championship.
Aeric Skinner of Ione a first time skeet shooter shot his first 25 straight
in his first 100. Then followed that with a first 50 straight.
